The 500 Hats of Jacob Plummer

Okay so it isn't 500 but I do have a lot of hats. My favorite thing lately is to put one on and then toddler run to the big mirror in the hallway and admire myself. Here is a look at some of the fun hats from the past and present...

King Kong Has Nothing On Me

Mama and I were building card houses today... okay she was building, I was tearing down. But then I got distracted watching Eddie run around the backyard and when I came back she had made a whole village. I started laughing and clapping and then I ripped through the village in record time. After I was done I stopped to look at my handiwork and through the devastation I noticed that one house was still standing. I must have missed it with all the excitement but not wanting to leave a job undone I took care of it Baby Kong style.

Sunday with my Vic-Vic & Kayla

Vic, Kayla and Sierra (their puppy dog) came down for a visit on Sunday. It was grrreat to see them we had fun playing around my house, went to an art fair in an old power plant building, and ate my parent's yummy homemade strawberry ice cream. Who screams for ice cream... um Everybody it's delicious!

P.S. Cheesy smiles have been kind of my thing lately.

How Do You Bilibo

This is my bilibo: I got this awesome birthday present from my Uncle Doug & Aunt Sue and I love it! It is a brightly colored shell and I can do whatever I want with it. These pictures show how I am using the bilibo at one-year old. I like to hold it, put balls inside and spin them around, wear it as a funny helmet, give my animals rides in it, and use it as a drum. I also like to use it as a garage for my cars. It's really well made too so Mama said that we can use it as a sled in the backyard later this year. Won't that be Fun! Thanks again Sue & Doug!!

Today I was an Air Traffic Controller

This morning for arts and crafts Mama and I colored with crayons. We made four "lovely" (her words not mine) works of art on construction paper. Then during my nap Mama made paper airplanes out of them. Imagine my surprise and delight when I walked into the living room and there they were waiting for me on the floor. I thought Christmas came early!! We even had a hanger to house my squadron.

Saturday in the Park

Papa and I were without Mama on Saturday and we had a great time being men. We relaxed, ate good food, had a few drinks and went to the park. Eddie got to come along too, lucky for him he's a guy otherwise he might not have been invited.

Meanwhile my NCB took Grandma 2, Aunt Briana, and Mama to the musical Roman Holiday in Minneapolis. Here is a picture of them at a fancy dinner before hand. Mama said that it was fun to get dressed up, wear heels, and bring a purse instead of the diaper bag. What's wrong with my diaper bag it's stylish isn't it?

A Fort in Kitchenland

Mama and I built another fort and this one is our best one yet, but just to make sure it was as cool as I thought I threw Paddington Bear in there to check it out first. He looked super comfortable amongst all the pillows so I went in. Then Mama came in and we cuddled... for like two seconds and then I was off again.

A Picture Is Worth A 1000 Words

If this particular picture could talk it would say, "I love spaghetti night!" Okay so maybe I don't need a 1000 words - four will do.

P.S. Yeah I get naked for spaghetti night... don't act like you're not jealous!

13 Months Old

Happy Monday! We received a few emails today asking where the 13-month picture of me is so I told my Mama give the people what they want. Here is my couch picture but things look a little different huh - first I am bigger, not wearing the classic white t-shirt and month sticker, have a hat and shoes on, am walking on the couch, oh yeah and it's a new couch! We got a new couch and love seat a couple of weeks ago I guess it was time (they had that set for thirteen years and it was falling apart). The other hot topic in the emails was how am I doing with my new shoes so here is a video to let you guys see for yourself. Have a great rest of the day!

Drinks and Llamas

I had fun drinking two drinks at the fair a chocolate malt and water, while I ate some yummy gold fish crackers. Today we went with Grandma 2 and Grandma, everybody had a terrific time.

"Is My Mama A Llama?" That's one of my favorite books and today I actually saw a real llama up close and personal it was so cool.

These Shoes R Made 4 Walking

Yep, I got spiffy new shoes and this time they are walking shoes unlike my last pairs that were cute but really just for show. At first I didn't know what to think because it felt like someone put lead on my feet I couldn't walk at all but then I started to move a little. However it was more of a sideways shuffle rather than a walk. But by the end of the day it was business as usual and I was moving good. I like them and I also like to say, "Shh" and point at my new shoes. And look Eddie approves of them so they must be nice.

Cowabunga!

Guess what, we went to the Mower County Fair with Grandpa & NCB today! We looked at all the animals and I decided that I liked the cows the best. I like them because their big, come in different colors, and say, "Moo". I also liked the baby chickens and piglets because they were super cute and small! We did a lot of amazing things; I rode a pony named Tony (no I'm not making that up that really was his name!), I went fishing and caught two fish with one line so I won an adorable green frog, my Papa won a stuffed brown cow for me playing a whiffle ball game, and we even ate some yummy food too (the chocolate malt and Tom Thumb donuts were among my favorites). When we went into the creative arts building we found out that both of my parents won ribbons for their photography but only one of them received a 1st place blue ribbon... way to go Papa! It was a truly great day and I can't wait to go back to the fair!
