Christmas Celebrations

 

The Holidays are such a special time I love my big family and spending time with them, eating good food (Mama's truffles are my favorite!), and getting presents too wow it just keeps getting better and better! 

Grammie's Birthday

We had a birthday party for Grandma today and I kept saying, "Happy Grammie" which made Grandma feel really special. Love you Grammie!

Early Christmas Present

Check out my new chair it's just my size and even has my name on it. I love it because now I have somewhere to sit/stand/squirm on besides the floor. Papa & Mama surprised me with it this morning.

Santa I think our relationship is moving too fast - I mean I have only met you once a year ago and now you want me to sit on your lap and exchange secrets well I'm not ready for that kind of commitment. Sorry maybe next year Santa!

Shake Your Groove Thing Max

This is our family's elf Max. We named him Max after a character in one of my favorite books, "Where the Wild Things Are" he came with a book that is also a big hit right now and my favorite thing is trying to find him each morning. I don't yet understand how Max watches me and reports back to Santa Claus but I do get hide and seek so we are having a wonderful time playing!

Daddy's Christmas Surprise

Daddy got up real early and surprised us by putting up our Christmas Tree it is beautiful and we were delighted. And then they taught me that I can sit by the tree and look with my eyes but not to touch and because I follow directions super good I listened. Then later we went out and got a small Christmas tree for my room I love it Christmas is grrreat!

Update: You were perfect the entire Christmas season Jake and never once touched ornaments, lights, or any of the seasonal nicknacks - instead you would sit down, point and tell us how pretty things were. Both Daddy and I thought this was the best Christmas we have ever had because of you!
