Bye Max - See You Next Year

P.S. "Please don't eat all of Santa's cookies or drink all of the milk but you can have some if you get hungry because it's a long way to the North Pole Max."  -Jake

Grammie's Big Birthday Weekend

It was a blast we went bowling, swimming, ate cupcakes, played in the decorated hotel room and kept singing "Happy Birthday" to Grammie! Birthdays are sooo much fun.

And I had my first hot tub experience too. Kisses Grammie!

Our Silly Little Elf, Max

Max gets into all kinds of things and is always doing fun and hilarious activities each morning. I love searching for him and Eddie likes to help me find him too! I told my mama that the next time I see Santa I'm going to tell him, "Thanks for sending Max to live with us until Christmas because I love him he's my best buddy!" I wonder what he'll be doing tomorrow...

Christmas in the City

Pancakes for dinner and look there's Mickey I love Kenny's!

All week long there were events throughout Austin - Santa sightings, horse drawn carriage rides, fire trucks with Sparky the mascot (the firemen gave out hats!), Christmas inspired arts and crafts, holiday lights contest, face painting, various Christmas concerts, and much more. The best part was when we went on the carriage ride the horses were decked out with holiday bells and when they started walking they jingled which made me want to sing, "Jingle Bells" so I did for the entire ride. I guess it was adorable and a moment that my parents will remember forever. (They're sappy what can I say?!)

Big Weekend Adventure

Guess What: I got to spend the entire weekend with Grandpa and NCB alone without my Mama and Daddy (aka Shelley and Mark). It was tons of fun we went to see a holiday lights spectacular at Phalen Park there were more than 50 larger-than-life displays and the drive was set to music. We went to Grandpa's office to put up the Christmas tree and stockings for his workers. I even got to do a little work of my own while we were there designing some plans for my mama. There was super yummy food to eat all weekend (especially Nana's scrambled eggs and fruit pouches). Basically we had a blast with everything we did - "thank you so much for taking such good care of me!" Love, Jake
