This year my favorite things to do at the fair were visiting the farm, baby, and large animal buildings (we saw a giraffe!), having a ride on Tony the pony, listening to a man play an accordion (polka music rocks - seriously stop laughing the guy had mad skills!), riding the carousel, winning a big blue guitar, watching men try to run across logs in the lumberjack challenge (I begged Mama to let me have a go but no luck I guess there's always next year), and having a chocolate malt from the dairy booth. We went with the Grandma's and it was a good time had by all.
Fairs are fun to go to. All kinds to see. Tom thumb donuts the best. Your Mom loved snow cones but we know that is too cold for you now but just you wait. Yum. Love Grammie
